Fiber patch panel series of optical distribution boxes ,which are middle capacity and both side operation applicable in the branch connection of fiber termination ,working as distribution box.

It is with standard 19 inch size and properly designed to control the bend radius of the cable inside the enclosure to avoid extra optical loss. This frame is ideal for indoor fiber optic cables connection storage, distribution and management.

The 250μm fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic.The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound.A steel wire,sometimes sheathed with polyethylene(PE)for cable with high fiber count,locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member.Tubes and possible fillers are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core.The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress,over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied.After the plastic coated steel tape is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath,the cable is sheathed by PE material.
